Privacy During Coaching Calls
You should only enter into a coaching call if you feel comfortable doing so.
The intent of the call is to simulate an in-person one-on-one coaching session.
Guidelines as to what a 1 on 1 coaching session could comprise include:
- Share screen to drawing on a whiteboard together,
- Discussion of a youtube video onboard lap,
- Review of racing data traces,
- Inspection of driving technique in the sim
- Demonstration by way of example, and
- Q&A sessions
It is completely your choice as to how much information you wish to provide or show during a coaching call, and what you hope to learn in the call. There is no requirement for you to have your video on or share your screen if you do not feel comfortable doing so.
Recording of calls is not permitted from either party.
If you wish to, you are able to take notes, however again, the intent of the call is to simulate an in-person one-on-one coaching session.
Keep in mind if you do show your video to be as professional and as appropriate as possible. If we feel that the call is inappropriate we may end the call.
Keep in mind if you do share screen, please close and/or hide any person information / web pages. This is your responsibility.
Again, no data is to be recorded or retained from either party.
